Marketing Plan¬-Marketing develops appropriate marketing plans so that the marketing objectives of the organization can be achieved. Companies make plans to increase production, increase sales or plan to use promotional tools,etc e.g., a marketer of LED TVs,having 10% of the current market share, aims at enhancing his market share to 20% in the next two years. For this, they will have to develop a complete marketing plan covering various important aspects including the plan to increase their level of production and promotion of product.
In my opinion marketing plan of PepsiCo is very complicated and a very big question because PepsiCo has several disparate lines of business. We really need to look at each segment separately. But broadly, I

This is the other main strategy of PepsiCo to increase its sales. Packaging reduces the risk of spoilage, breakage,leakage,etc in this process of storage and transportation of goods. It is also used to attract the customers towards particular product.
e) Pricing- there is an inverse relation between price and demand therefore pricing is the main focus of PepsiCo. It is an important function because the prices of a firms products determine the volume of sales and the amount of profit. The theory on which PepsiCo works is cut-throat competition because it is running in an oligopoly market.
f) Physical Distribution or Place- It is also a strategy of PepsiCo which consists of all the activities involved in transferring ownership and physical possession of the product to consumers. Its purpose is to make the product available to consumers at the right time and at the right place.
g) Promotion- The most successful and powerful strategy of PepsiCo is Promotion which refers to the use of communication with the double objective of notifying probable customers about a product and persuading them to buy
