For the first 6 months the communication between new business consumers and People Ahead will be direct, but after those 6 month, the communication will be through telesales because this will reduce costs. In order to operate a successful business, People Ahead will find new strategies to add to their web presence and will ask participants to offer add on services that the candidate can try out for free. Their business summary increases potential client base by providing specific goals and several factors that make People Ahead a trustworthy company. People Ahead presents a concise description of their customer analysis. They specify the needs of the customer, how this service will satisfy their needs, this analysis will help People Ahead to increase sales and grow their business.
The information I noticed to be missing is the time frame that will take a potential candidate find a job. Another section missing is under Business Customer *unqualified candidates*. The marketing plan indicates that there is a higher demand for jobs, unfortunately not everyone qualifies for those position. Are unqualified candidates removed from the data base?
