This business will be LLC. Many benefits are ideal for my beliefs, and the type of risk I am willing to take. The protected assets seemed to outweigh any disadvantage, the fact that my house, car, and assets cannot be touched gives me a sense of security, members are only reliable for debts and obligations of the partnership. Pass- through taxation was another bonus added to my list because my business does not have to pay taxes. Any income or losses are paid at an individual level. Hosting events and fundraiser inside our four walls will give guest an opportunity to check out our facility, and the wide range of service we provide. The first week we are open, pets will receive a free play token to any guest that comes in. Extensive social media will be used to gain awareness. A website will be up and running before the business is open. We will offer discounts after a specified number of visits for the first year to establish a client base.
