2.1 Definition of good health and well-being Health comes from a ‘healthy’ that means both body parts (free from pain); sane; recover from illness; good and normal (about the mind); trustworthy or reasonable (about opinions, suggestions, reasons); run well or provide for proper (about economic, financial situation); run with caution and good (about politics). Health itself is healthy (things). According to Undang- Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 said that health is a prosperous state body, soul and social that allows everyone to live productively socially and economically. The purpose of health development is the achievement of the ability to live healthy for every resident, so the responsibility for the realization of optimal health degree is in the hands of all Indonesian people, government etc.
1. Reduce expenses.
If we are sick, we will certainly pay the cost to go to hospital and buy medicine. Although there is BPJS, but the realization is not so good. Because there are still people who use BPJS but rejected by the hospital.

According to Fahrudin, in the book of Kesejahteraan Sosial, explaining that the purpose of Social Welfare is to achieve a prosperous life in the sense of achieving basic living standards such as clothing, housing, food, health, and harmonious social relations with the environment to achieve self- especially with the community in its environment, for example by digging up resources, improving, and develop a satisfactory living
