In Sleeping Freshmen Never Lie by David Lubar, the scene I choose for the rewrite in another character’s point of view is the one when Vernon attacks Scott from behind while Kyle and Kelly watched. This was on page 244. I choose this scene because there is so much action and I feel I can write about this scene because so much occured. The original scene is told from Scott’s perspective. Now, the perspective I will be writing it in is Vernon’s; so, we will get his perspective.…

Brooke, I enjoyed reading your answer for question #1. I definitely agree that active shooter drills should occur in schools around the country. It is important for kids to know what to do in the event that a shooter comes on to the school campus. It’s hard to say what grade level the active school shooter drills should be introduced. If you teach them to young you could either scare the kids or have a difficult time trying to explain to them what’s going on and what needs to be done.…

Rings of Power was an utterly forgettable Sega Genesis game that’s really only notable for one reason, pixelated boobs. When booting up the game, the developer’s logo appears, accompanied by a (fully-clothed) woman. If you happen to have a controller plugged into port two, and hold down and right on the d-pad, and the A, B, C, and start buttons at the same time. Rings of Power gets a heck of a lot less kid-friendly. Front Mission: Gun Hazard is a 90s-era side-scrolling shooter published by Square Co..…

In the cafeteria of P.S.279, I stood in shock as the liquid fluid ran from the top of my head seeping down my freshly ironed shirt and down to the sole's of my shoes. At that moment, I realized that I was standing in a puddle of my own chocolate milk. "Haha" she laughed, but I did not get the joke. I began to call for the teacher and she, barely four feet, grabbed my arm and said "If you snitch I'm gonna say you called me a bitch. " That sentence alone would be used to justify her actions.…

In dealing with teachers and educators, Walsh is at the top of her class and follows the school’s directions on a majority of occasions, earning respect from both teachers and administrators. However, her friends are often judged differently than her because they do not tend to fall in line with the school’s status quo, often coming into conflict with upper class students. During one scene in the movie, Walsh’s friend, Jena Hoeman, is expelled from a class after getting into a vocal disagreement started by an upper class student, who was not punished in any manner. However, after Walsh supposedly gets into a similar disagreement with this student in front of the teacher, she is not given any level of punishment by the school’s administration, who believe she is a fantastic student who represents the school in a decent manner. In addition, Walsh, using her good standing, pleads to the principal to get Hoeman out of trouble, to which he relents and drops all lengthy punishments that would have resulted from this…
