Ducks At my grandpas house he has 7 Pekin ducks we take care of. Theres the gang of 3 and gang of 4. I got these ducks trained to go into the pen at night. Sometimes they listen and sometimes they don’t. In the morning I always let the ducks out unless its raining outside. It really depends on the day. If it’s drizzling I will let them out. If the weather is severe they are staying in the pen. These ducks give me something to do. I gave a name to the biggest duck of the group. His name is Porkchop. Porkchop is the leader of all the 7 ducks. These ducks are not so smart I’ll tell you. They don’t listen real well. I have to make sure a wild animal won’t eat them. Then I always have to make sure they are not by the road. It would …show more content…
My truck looked good. The color of my truck was graphite gray. The only problem I had with the truck was when I hooked a trailer to it, the trailer lights would not work. Other than that it ran fine. I had my truck rebuffed and painted over the scratches. After 3 years I drove 18,000 miles on it. I now had 133,000 miles on it now.
The time had come in 2015 to where I said I wanted a new truck with low miles. So in Junes of 2015 at my dad’s dealership. He told me there was a truck with 40,000 miles on it for a good deal. It was is a 05 Silverado with 4-wheel drive. It is a extended cab. It has bars on it and a back top just like my old one. The 2nd day I had it I put a dual exhaust straight pipes on it. It cost $700.
The truck sounds great now. Sounds just like my old truck. Now I plan on spending some big money on this truck. I’m spending over $3500 on a life kit and tires. I’m putting a 6inch lift on it. The tires are gonna be big. I’m getting 35 inch tires and 20 inch rims. I also plan on putting black fenders, 50 inch LED light bar, and a train horn on it this year. It will be one good looking

It’s a carwash I work at. I’ve been working there since February of 2014. I have met a lot of good people cleaning cars their. On my first day I was trained by Joe a detail shop manager. He trained me how to clean windows in the front seat and backs seats of a car and wipe down the inside of the car in less than 3 minutes. But it really depends on how dirty the car is. So I started off doing windows for awhile. After doing good on windows I was trained by this old freaky black man Wallace on how to spray and wipes and shine interior on on cars. It was fun learning that. I got good at that then Gary the Manager taught me how to wipe down the outside of cars. I became real good friends with the Owner and main Manager. I am a pro cleaner at cleaning cars if I have the right

Many people believe that Eastern Oregon is void of beauty. The mountains are bare and the air is dry. However, if these folks would follow me to the Snake River for a fishing trip, I think they’d change their minds. If they were to join me on the river, they’d hear the sound of motor boats traveling up the water, and they’d smell the engine exhaust and hear the laughter of the fishermen.…

Dove and Duck hunting are two of America’s outdoorsman’s greatest pastimes. Dove and Duck hunting have always been thought to go hand in hand. Which is not surprising seeing as how everything from the way one starts training before the season opens, to the technique used to clean the birds preparing the quarry for the grill after an extensive morning hunt with friends and family, are near congruent. Although the sports are very much similar, each sport has its own benefits for whatever an outdoor enthusiast may value.…

The Story About Ping was written by Marjorie Flack and Kurt Wiese. This book was published in 1933 by Grosset and Dunlap and contains 32 pages. The genre of this book is fiction and could be considered a fable. Using animals to teach a moral lesson is often used to relate to children and to direct their attention to the lesson being taught. For instance with Ping, the author’s message is about avoiding a consequence and the outcome that follows, also underlying the importance of family.…

Cock-a-doodle-doo, a gust of wind hit us and Sam walked in “wakey wakey eggs and bakey” he called, through the crack in my egg I saw him grab some of my brothers and sisters, he put them in a basket and was headed on his way out of the barn when, from out of nowhere a little kid hurled me across the room, in about 3 seconds I slammed into the wall, the impact was so traumatizing it broke me right out of my egg and I landed on my back coughing up straw dust from the floor. I took my last glance at the kid, he will pay. Judging by the sun, it’s around dawn when a new friend waddled into the barn “you must be the chickens! We have searched far and wide to find you, you are fabled as the most valued species within the pasture, we come in peace!”…

Duck hunting can be very frustrating to serious hunters. An example could be, a week ago Wednesday, when big numbers of ducks were in the Los Banos Complex and averages were well up in most refuges. At the Santa Fe Club near Gustine, limits were the rule as it was in most private clubs. And then Saturday, the bigger influx of birds were gone, possibly due to heavy rain prior to the shoot day. My son Bill, and Steve Hinze, of Aptos, shot at the Santa Cruz Club Saturday, and bagged limits of Greenwing Teal and two snow geese.…

The five-stage process that specifically relates to high involvement decision making consists of problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, and post purchase evaluation. So for this process, my example will be of a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse that I purchased last October. Problem Recognition: I had an old 2002 Chevrolet Suburban that had many problems and way over 100,000 miles. The amount of problems it had was too costly to fix so I became aware of the need to get a newer vehicle. Information Search:…

1.Definition of Ambiguity Ambiguity, as is defines in the Webster’s Third International Dictionary, is”the condition of admitting of two or more meanings, of being understood in more than one way, or of referring to two of more things at the same time.” In ordinary books on linguistics, the term is generally defined roughly as a linguistic phenomenon that a word, phrase or clause can have more than one possible interpretation. It is thus an attribute of any idea or statement whose intended meaning cannot be definitively resolved according to a rule or process with a finite number of steps. In ambiguity, specific and distinct interpretations are permitted (although some may not be immediately obvious), whereas with information that is vague,…
