PER REPORTER: William is at the home all the time. He is out of jail on bond for a murder charge. People have said he shouldn't be around the children. He has not harmed or hurt the children the reporter is aware of. There are approximately 4-5 children in the home. One of the children is possibly not mom's children. The child is at the home sometimes. Reporter stated mom sells her foodstamps and begs for food. She will also beg people to buy her foodstamps. Reporter assumes the children are being fed but it is unknown. Reporter stated the home is filthy, unclean, and dirty.
