We are so use to thinking of peer pressure as a negative thing, that we tend to out look the good in it. For example, self- esteem is a huge part of positive peer pressure. As indicated in the previous study, it showed that adolescence do not feel useless and they are satisfied with themselves. Due to positive peer pressure, and the type of individual they are with. The study indicated that 88 percent of them had high elf esteem due to positive peer pressure. As you can tell this is almost 90 percent of adolescence have a higher self-esteem. Meaning that many of them have a strong self-esteem due to their positive peer pressure they have encounter in their lives. Having positive peer pressure can increase empathy in an individual. Not only does it make you a better individual, but it also shows how caring of a person you are. In other words people will not see you as a selfish individual, but an amazing one.
