Pedro's American Dream

My son was 99.9% to me and he was 1% or less to his dad. Pedro Habanero Smith was born in Bakersfield,California at the Smith residence at 5:37 pm. Pedro had a tough life thanks to his father. Pedro was a little squash at the store he didn’t know what he was getting into when he got picked off the shelf and check out in that little grocery bag but he sure was a lucky one. Pedro fulfilled his life with painting pictures and writing letters to daddy.
Pedro’s dream was to become an astronaut and Desmond’s dream for him was to “babysit” him but we all knew I would come back and find him cooked and sliced up on a plate so that never happened. My fondest memory with Pedro was before my birthday party where his second aunt (Samantha) and I bought
