Origin: The Golden Gods Series Book 1 by Pedro Urvi
Origin is the introduction to the Golden Gods Series, a fantasy/sci-fi book that is filled with action and adventure. It is set in an apocalyptic, ancient world that is ruled by the Golden Gods. Golden Gods are ruthless tyrants who are human-like but immortal and much more powerful, drawing their power from the 5 elements. The Senoca people who are villagers are slaves to the Golden Gods who live in luxury, while the Senoca people are poor and live in suffering. They have been slaves for 1000 years and have to offer human sacrifice to the Golden Gods.
We meet Ikai, the main character who is a hunter and is servicing the Golden Gods. His sister Kyra was abducted by the Gods to be sacrificed
