Pediatricians work full time normally averaging 50 hours or more in a week. They can be found in private practices, clinics, hospitals, or group practices. When becoming a pediatric doctor, you must know how much school is ahead. You have your 4 years of undergraduate school, 4 years of graduate school which consist of 2 years of labs and classrooms and the next 2 years filled with clinical rotations and job shadowing.
