Collage is a tough decision for students when it includes finally picking what they want to at least major in. Graduating after high school, having at least 2 majors in different schools will give people more of an opportunity to be accepted. The career that I have an interest in is being in the medical field. Learning and growing around many kids, it made me realize I want to work with them. I explored different options and becoming a Pediatric Oncologist was the career that would bring me joy. To be in the medical field I have to choose majors that will help me in the future. The two majors I chose are in chemistry and in psychology. The two colleges I have selected that include my majors are Duke University and The University of North Carolina.

The collages are great for students when pursuing a career in medicine. That is why I chose to major in these two collages. Chemistry B.A. major with help me figure out how to deal with medicine and understand why something’s are happening especially when running test dealing the patients. It is in the science field, which can help me take more math classes can be more prepared going into medical school. The collage I want to attend and complete my chemistry major is UNC. This collage is always been a collage that I had my eye on for its great reputation in the medical field. Duke University has been my second choice so my focus is completing my Psychology AB major and hopefully still keep going to school there until I get my medical career. The reason why I had interest in psychology is because I want to understand the mindset of other people and why they decided to choose to act or be a certain way. This can help me be more emotionally supportive with patients and know how to communicate with them. These two colleges both have great opportunities when helping me reach my academic goal. Also the majors I picked help me be prepared, learn strategies and learn how to deal with certain situation i may have.
