Pediatric Nurse Qualities

Being a Pediatric Nurse requires a multitude of qualities and skills. These include:
Critical- thinking skills. Nurses must be able to diagnose a patient’s illness/injury and proper treatment
Compassion. When caring for a patient, you have to be able to be caring and sympathetic.
Detail-oriented. Nurses must observe and record every detail so that patient receives proper treatment.
Emotional stability. During occupation of nursing, you always must be able to deal with human suffering, emergencies, and a huge deal of stress.
Organization skills. Often you are given many patients that have various health and needs. Organization skills are crucial to guarantee that each patient receives the right care.
Physical stamina. Most days, as a nurse,
