Through this event I have received the greatest gift anyone could ever be given, joy. I find joy in the smiles I see on those children's faces when they finally find the correct answer to a math problem. I find joy in the laughs I hear when the club members are playing a game of basketball. I find joy in seeing the club prosper and grow larger overtime. I find joy in the knowledge that none of those things would be possible without the yearly funds the Haunted House event raises. From this experience I have learned to love everyone in my community despite their past or appearance. This is major because this is a skill that will help me pursue my future dream of becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Working in the medical field judgement
