Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Research Paper

There are many different jobs in the medical field, and they are all equally important, but for my project I decided to shadow pediatric nurse practitioner. A nurse practitioner is a registered nurse the serves as a primary health care provider under the physician that is. Just like a pediatrician, they work with young patients from infants to young adults. They are also responsible for diagnosing conducting exams, and prescribe medication to the patient. They usually work with the pediatrician however, some work in their own private practices.
To become a pediatric nurse practitioner, you must go to school and get a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). This degree gets you ready for a job as a registered nurse. It takes four years to complete,
