An educator needs to be actively engaged in ongoing reflection practice to improve the learning practice and development. An educator needs to use a range of processes including planning, interacting, assessing, monitoring, and reflecting to make learning experience effective in the classroom. When planning a learning experience, educators should be open to including children’s ideas and interests. Educators should support children to contribute in meaningful learning activities.
