An educator needs to be actively engaged in ongoing reflection practice to improve the learning practice and development. An educator needs to use a range of processes including planning, interacting, assessing, monitoring, and reflecting to make learning experience effective in the classroom. When planning a learning experience, educators should be open to including children’s ideas and interests. Educators should support children to contribute in meaningful learning activities. Each room in the kindergarten is unique and the learning environment is different. Educators should use their pedagogical practice to create an effective learning environment for children.

Pedagogical is the way how to use strategies to teach and practice means the work throughout the day. Pedagogical practice means the strategies educators use to run the day with children. The critical reflection impacts the pedagogical practice and makes it easier to use effective teaching strategies to achieve the high-quality learning. Educators use critical theories that invite them to challenge their assumptions about curriculum and consider how their decisions may affect children differently in the classroom. The five principles mentioned in the Early Years Learning Framework reflect present theories and research concerning children’s learning and early childhood pedagogy. Model of Critical reflection makes it easier by breaking down the information and helps to set up the clear view of situation. For example, deconstructing the situation makes it easier to understand the concept, confront all the issues, theories help to think and link all the theories with practice. Think otherwise makes an educator to think about all the alternate options to achieve high quality learning
