My role as a pedagogical leader, it is important for me to evaluate and reflect on my experiences to improve my practice with children so I can extend learning for all children. To do this, I will gather evidence such as observations, surveys, communication with parents and educators and so on, to assist me in what areas that needs to be strengthened (Arthur et. al, 2015). I will analyse the evidence to make judgments about the current program and to make future recommendations to improve the program. I will engage in reflective practices after I gathered information.
