Pearl Harbor is a U.S, Hawaii, that was the moment of a scary surprise attack by Japanese on December 7, 1941. At 8am on Sunday morning, hundreds of Japanese fighter planes fly on top of the base, where they managed to destroy and damage almost 20 American naval vessels, and 8 battleships, and over 300 airplanes. More than 2,000 Americans died in the attack, with civilians included, and another 1,000 people were wounded. The day after the assault, President Roosevelt asked the Congress to go to war with Japan.

Military leaders and politicians saw a war between the U.S. and Japan as possible , with the solution being to attack first, Japan did that. Was japan helped?, japan had allies with british, the british should of known the japanese was planning a attack but just didn't say anything. The japanese was trained by the british learning how drop bombs and how to destroy ships and fly planes and take ones out.They gave them weapons. Japan in 1922 didn’t have anything by 1930 they had a fleet and more. It was Obvious they was helped. The u.s. Was still in shock in why the japan would attack but realized they had to declare war fast, Japan surprise attack gave them the advantage to take out pearl harbor.
