A “peak performer” is someone willing to go above and beyond. To set goals and take small steps to accomplish this goal. Anyone can do this, if you can find the drive and determination to focus on the discipline, patience and to learn from your mistakes. this is not some this not something you learn over night. you must be highly motivated and be able to articulate your thoughts and actions to think ahead to coming challenges. A peak performer will know how to handle and to take advantage of the problem to make it into a learning opportunity. If an issue arises this person will have the knowledge and the judgment to make sound and effective decisions that will produce the correct answers.
