To be a peak performer you must stay focused, be able to work under pressure, must be able to encourage yourself.Push yourself to improve constantly.you must have a burning desire to succeed.If you have any of these characteristics, you may be a peak performer. I want to be a peak performer because I want to strive for success. I want to push myself harder to accomplish a new goal each week.My graduating college is the big goal that I am working toward by meeting smaller goal along the way like submitting assignments on time. When I push to strive for my personal goals I will also be striving to meet my professional goals as well. If I strive to reach my professional goals then I will also reach for my personal goals. As I get closer to my goals I will set yet a higher goal for both my personal life and professional life. The higher the goal the harder I will work to meet it .I want to one day have a big house and big yard, I have to work toward that goal. One is auditory where you listen carefully to instructions that are given to you. The other is visual. I study by writing things down and rewriting so I visualize what I am writing and can write it from memory. These both can be beneficial because if I write what I hear and keep writing then I am studying and am learning at the same time. I will know what it is I needed to know for a test or a paper.It also helps to encourage me to learn more and strive for that excellence.When I am successful I am very happy with myself.
