Currently that Alex’s core team has taken up their new positions and it is time for them to bring their model up to a new level. The ideas that were constantly applied must can be modified to work in entire division. This need cooperation of all people in plant because it requires more time and plenty work. This will be redesign process, to make sure the model is fully suitable with the operation.. So they choose to meet up daily basis to work out their strategy and tactics.
Chapter 35 (The Goal).
The team are discussing how to create a table that have the same function as periodic table. They are brainstorm how to classify something so vast into a simple table. They predict that this table will help in approach the massive problem of their division. This prediction encourage the whole team to design a common framework to examine all the issues of the division.
