The peacemaker's pamphlet talks about the seven A's of confession. The seven A's are as follows: "address everyone involved, avoid it, but, and maybe, admit specifically, acknowledge the hurt, accept the consequences, alter your behavior, and ask for forgiveness" (Peacemaker Pamphlet).
