Peaceful resistance positively impacts a free society. Peaceful resistance is such a beautiful right to have in today’s world. With the new president being elected there have been many peaceful resistant acts. Many people have been protesting peacefully allowing themselves to express their views on what is going on in the White House and how they feel about the changes being made. To be able to have the ability to protest and have a say is one of the many rights that makes a free society so unique. By peacefully resisting there is a lot that can be done to shape the way that the country operates because at the end of the day the people really do hold the power by exercising their rights provided under the constitution.
