I have to admit that at first the people were violent and were not peaceful. However towards on the 3rd day, they went with peaceful protesting tactics and many people claimed that what they did the first few nights was not the best way to do it, "We let things get out of hand. But tonight, we were going to show the world that this is how we come together to protest". This goes to show that even now in today's world there are injustices and that to fix these, we as people have the right to protest and assemble peacefully to amend those injustices and problems. Having a protest so close to home really puts things into perspective for a person. It shows that there are problems with our laws and legislature that needs to be fixed. Many times our elected government officials can't always fix them or they chose not to and when those laws end up hurting someone or something then we as people need to stand together and protest. Overall peaceful resistance and protesting is a human right that everyone is entitled to, and by allowing peaceful resistance, people are changing the world for all of
