For a product like a software solution or a gadget, it is not enough to maintain a relationship till they buy the product, it is mandatory that we find ways to keep track of how successful the product is and also see what the customers have to say about it.

• OBJECTION HANDLING

1. If they come up with the fact that they’re already using a type of software solution now, the best approach would be to ask them what they’re using now and point out why they shouldn’t be using it and why they should be using ours. Most of the services provided by the competitors are stereotyped and not innovative and I have to bank on their extent of technological innovation to gain the attention of the customers.
2. I would ask open-ended questions about the type of technology they use now and what kind of solutions they provide and also explain to them that Payoda provides better Enterprise Value and Enterprise Visibility.

• TRIAL CLOSE
It is always necessary to have a trial close to see if the customer has all the information he needs and is ready to close the sales. I would make it a point to make a trial close as I feel it is better to know the mindset of the
