I work at Payless so there are a few challenges that I face daily. Whether it be somebody else not doing their job, or them relying on me to do everything for them because I know what to do and I keep it as organized as I can. I am usually left with putting away all the new shoes that we get in. We get a lot of new shoes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am always the one who has to keep it organized by what style of shoe it is, what color it is, and most importantly what size depending on if it is a kids, womens, or mens shoe. If we get sixteen giant boxes filled with at most twelve shoes, I can get it all done in two hours. One time, I didn’t think I would ever get done because we had fifty-two boxes. I worked non stop to get it all put away.
