The article “ End The Hands-Off Policy On Cell Phone Users” by Paul Mulshine, is a article where Mulshine states his frustration for people that use their cell phones while driving . Mulshine shares an experience he had when driving , when all of a sudden the driver in front of him starts swerving into his lane without the decency to put on his turn signals. As Mulshine frustration begun to increase , Mulshine figured out why this driver had been driving so carelessly . The driver had been using his cell phones with both hands and would need a extra hand to put on the blinkers and another hand to drive accordingly . Mulshine then began to states why he agrees with the New York ban of cell phone use and aspires that New jersey adopts the same
