Paul Klee
Paul Klee was a German and Swiss artist best known for his amount of art influenced by expressionism, surrealism, and cubism. Paul Klee was born in Munchenbuchsee, Switzerland, on December 18, 1879. He was involved and influenced by many artistic movements, including cubism, surrealism, and expressionism. He taught in Germany until 1933. His family then fled to Switzerland, where he died on June 29, 1940. In his early life he loved to play the violin and by the age of 11 he was invited to the Bern Music Association. As a teen, Klee found his love for visual arts. In 1898, he began studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. Between 1903 and 1905 he created a set of etchings
