1. The positive and/or negative aspects of your workouts this week.
The positive aspect this week was that I always enjoy my workout and this week, I also got to play a basketball game with my son it was a great experience. The workout was great.
2. How did your heart rate change throughout the exercise? Did that pattern change from workout to workout?
My heart rate was average at the beginning especially when I walk is starts racing about 15 minutes after I start warming up. Like I mention before right now it has been a little harder because of my health issues but other than that it seems like is been very helpful to me. The experience I had playing a whole basketball game with my son was awesome, my heart rate started racing faster, that what you call a great workout.

My breathing is getting better as longest I do my breathing exercises while I’m working out. The Dr. recommends for me to use my inhaler before and after a workout. My breathing is never the same it depends on my asthma I have my good and bad days.
