This is the nurse who is making a relationship based on trust. This is the nurse who care about the patient by acting as the patient advocate. In this type of care, the care provider does not think about personal interest, instead the only important thing is to keep provide the benefits to patients. Nursing is the most trustworthy profession based on statistics because of providing this type of care for the patient. it is necessary to say that, caring in nursing field is not only for the treatment of the disease but also it’s a holistic care which consider a patient as a whole. By the time and growing the abilities the person start to move and pass different stages till get to the point of being Expert Nurses. When I started as a new nurse I was going through the same experience of being a novice nurse. At first everything sounded scary, and life threading for my patients. This thoughts increased my anxiety level to the point that I couldn’t get enough sleep. Lack of sleep having high level of anxiety was effecting my performance at job environment. Thankfully, by adopting good habits of time management, increasing the knowledge and experience this phase was not lasting a long time and I moved forward. Having a good foundation of knowledge is very helpful in decreasing of anxiety level. Making a good communication with experienced nurses and listening to their advices was a very wise strategy to go forward and pass the novice stage faster. However, every single nurse needs to start from being novice and build upon this foundation and reach to the point that can call him or herself an experienced nurse. At the starting point I was very task oriented and I was not able to look at the situation as a whole. But by the time, I noticed some critical thinking and clinical judgment. I
