Hi Nancy and Teresa,
My name is Patria Da Rocha I work with the School Base Mental Health Program, on Thursday 11/5/2015 we are taking 40 children from our program to the Big Apple Circle. I would like know if we can obtain T-shirt with the hospital name, like that our children will represent our institution.
I know is not sufficient time for the request, but any consideration will be appreciate.
