The patient wife is upset; because the staff that called her husband to inform them regarding the time change was very rude. The patient was supposed to be here at 11:30 P.M. was informed he need to be her by 10:00; which was not a problem, but when the patient wife asked the staff member why did they change the time, the staff response was I don’t know just be here on time. She also stated that the staff would not give her their name.
