1. How are you doing on your plan?

I would say my self confidence has improved. I have performed well when given a blank treatment plan and needing to come up with one on the spot when treating a patient for the first time. I have learned to just my "gut instinct" when it comes to therapeutic exercises or activities, because when I second guess myself it causes me to lose confidence in myself. At the end of each day, we (me and whichever OT I am with that day) digest how the day went, the session, and what can we do next and so far I've been told my self confidence level has improved and I am doing a great job with setting up treatment plans for patients.
