SUBJECTIVE
Patient seen in physical therapy. Reports he is about six weeks status post pelvic fracture. Reported this last week so may be closer to seven weeks now but I am unable to obtain any records. Patient reports he checked himself out of the hospital quite early. This happened on the West Coast so we have had a difficult time obtaining any records. Did get some x-rays shows hardware, his fracture is well aligned. Had images and what little information we had sent to an orthopedic surgeon who suggested we proceed with graduated weightbearing training. Patient reports he was walking relatively quickly after the injury and he was worried he may have complicated his recovery due to being on the run from the law. Patient now reports
