Patient Security Research Paper

Jim,

Can we have the Therapists include the Unit Clerks and Receptionists; when information is given to Security pertaining to Patient visitation, the unit clerks and Receptionists are a part of patient security. We should establish a VISITOR information e-mail group that would include everyone allowing the Therapist(s) to inform everyone at once.

The Therapists are very good about informing Security in these matters, I think we can and should make it easier for them.
