Patient Portal Reflection

Decent Essays
I like using patient portal site because some of the features make it easy to find the information that I need. I am new with Kaiser but I like to use the portal. The features contain medical record, pharmacy center, appointment schedule, coverage and cost and message center. Under medical record there is the list from allergy, health summary, immunization, past visits information, health care plan, test result. I am not familiar yet with all of those features. I use the portal to email my doctor, find out my test results, look up for the list of my immunization.
Some of the features are not available for me to open, because only the primary payer can open it such as paying the bills.
I think the feature that maybe “minimal importance”
