Since the patient delivery on 3/11/2015 and DTW is charging for the Global fee $1085.00 and for the other hospital visits after the patient Delivery. I contact Cathy from DTW and ask her why WFH getting charge for the CPT code 99217 on DOS 3/22/15 and for DOS 3/24,3/27 and she said that the patient was scheduled only for have a normal delivery but at the end the patient ending with a C-section delivery and when the patient return back for her postpartum visit on 3/19/15 her insertion wasn't look good at that moment and the patient was admitted back to the Hospital on DOS 3/22/15 and discharge on DOS 3/27/15. Cathy said since the patient got some complications after her delivery she add those services on our Statement since our contract
