D-The patient arrived on time for her scheduled appointment with this writer. The patient request to dose first, at which this writer agreed. Upon meeting the patient privately, the patient appears to be on the edge. The patient discussed the toxic relationship she has with her mother. The patient describes her mother bipolar. This writer immediately asked if her mother is engaged in treatment and her response was no. The writer then reports that she and her mother communicate negatively verbally and physically. It’s noted, the patient resides with her mother. This writer asked if her mother becomes physical and if the relationship was toxic, has the police been involved, have the patient called the police on her mother, and why the patient still remain in the house. According to the patient, she cannot see herself calling the police on her mother, but knows her mother will not hesitate to call the police on her. Furthermore, the patient reports she is working with Chrysalis to assist with housing. This writer asked the patient, “How do you diffuse further fights with your mother?” The patient reports, she stays in her room or occupies herself with her self-employment as a pet sitter.
