Patient Confidentiality

The clinic employees must follow our guidelines in order to kept patient privacy and safety all the time.
Our team has to update patient records within 48 hours to ensure accuracy as it is critical information.
If you find an error on the patients’ medical record the employee must correct the mistake by crossing out the mistake with a single red line mark. Next they must insert the correction immediately to show clarification regarding the error in a visible spot. Then write a notation with the date and time so the correction can verified with the proper procedure and made visible. It is important to write employee initial to indicate who made the change.
