Advocacy in Workplace Nurses as a part of a healthcare team have been long known as a patient advocate. Building of a healthy working environment is basic for securing the safety of patients, staff maintenance, staff assurance and worker safety. Nowadays, healthcare services are expensive and makes it difficult to low income family or society to avail. Nurses provides therapeutic relationship to families who have difficulty receiving the intended care they need. Another area of advocating is in the educational field, school nurses themselves can get to be included in the group and/or go to class executive meetings to share the negative effect of not having enough nurses to check students' wellbeing status. It is critical that school nurses impart this concern to the group and utilize their insight and skill to instruct and advocate for change.
