I completely understand where you are coming from I especially agree with what you said about pathos. If it wasn't for pathos my expectations for guys would be a little bit lower. In movies, pathos is huge part in many romantic movies. They grab your attention by the tension and love that a couple share for each other. They are trying to convince and persuade us into loving their movie and getting girls hopes for men in the real world;however, its not always that easy for guys to understand what we want them to do for us. This also allows us to relate and connect to what is going on a personal level.Whether it be from a lost in a family or a breakup. Pathos is usually all around you at school, home, movie, or while reading a book.
