The first thing that I might notice about my roommate is the color of her skin; she might be blue or pale. I would monitor her breathing to ensure that she's still alive. Thankfully, she’s still alive so I contact 911 and tell them about the situation.
4. My main concern is that my roommate might die of respiratory arrest and my second concern is that she might fall out of the chair.
5. Although I’m worried about the possibility of my roommate dying, I must stay as calm as possible. I would ask the dispatcher if it would be okay for me to move my roommate into a position where she won’t fall, and if the dispatcher is accepting of this, I would remove the empty bottle of tequila from my roommate's hand, place a pillow on the floor, and move her. I wouldn't lay her down on her back because I wouldn't want her to choke if she vomits, even though it would be very unusual if she vomited with her BAC at a level that’s considered to be “fatal.”
