When you have a healthy body you just naturally feel good inside and outside. If you have a healthy mental/emotional body it makes your self-esteem shine. Also, if you feed your body correctly, you will have less problems with unwanted pounds and your energy level will soar. Exercise is another important factor in taking care of your body. Your body will be flexible and you will feel better overall. You will have a healthy glow, say some of the older generation. If you follow just these three easy steps, you will feel much healthier, happier and mentally alert.

Of course there are stumbling-blocks along the way. Nothing worth-while goes along without any problems. Peer pressure is a big hurdle. “Friends” may try to draw you into a bad behavior such as tobacco use. You need to use self-discipline and make the right decision for yourself.
Just think how badly use of tobacco can be. Getting cancer is not worth it. Another pressure your peers may put upon you is the use of alcohol. Not only is it bad for your health, but it is against the law until you are twenty-one years old. Drug use is yet another temptation put in your path. Like alcohol, it is really bad for your health and mental alertness, but it is against the law.
