Path to Wellness

It is important for everyone to take care of their body. By taking care of my body I will be helping myself stay in shape, decreasing my chances of getting a disease, and having a good outlook on life. Taking care of my body will help me have a better mental, physical, and social outlook on my life.
Throughout this lesson I have learned that eating properly, exercising regularly, and getting proper sleep will help me tremendously. Getting the proper nutrients are important for my body to function properly. Exercising regularly will help keep me in a good physical and mental state. Getting the proper amount of sleep will help me be able to think clearly. All of these will work together in helping me take care of my body.
