Last night the paternal grandmother brought the child to hospital, the child told the paternal grandmother on 10/8/17 that “JJ put 2 fingers right here”. The child pointed to her vaginal area. JJ is the boyfriend of the maternal grandmother Sue. The paternal grandma does not have JJ full name or address, but she was trying to get it. When the child told the paternal grandma about the situation, grandma told her son (unknown) to listen to the child to make sure she was understanding what the child said. The child told grandma son the same thing. The paternal grandma ask the child what she was doing when he did it and the child said he let her pay on his phone. The paternal grandma called mom (Alex) and dad (unknown) to her house. Both parents did not believe the child and said

The child was examined by Dr. Tabba and the child seemed upset. The child was red in the vaginal area, reporter did not see vaginal discharge. Reporter stated the doctor believes the child because of her age and the things she said. The doctor did not go into details with the child because of her age. The child told the doctor that JJ was the only one that touch her there and she was not going to let him do it again. The doctor is concerned with the child being 3 and having details and the parents not believing her. Reporter is not aware if the child told anyone before the paternal grandma. The child was at the maternal grandma house when the incident occurred. The paternal grandma said the child had not been to the maternal grandma house in a month and the child just said the information out the blue. Reporter believes the grandmother was supposed to be watching the child since she was at her house, but she is unsure who was watching the child. Reporter is not aware if the child still has
