I hope to work for a company that invests in their employees’ growth to help them reach their personal and professional goals. I want to work in an environment where my opinion is valued and I am able to make an impact. More than anything, I hope to enjoy going into the work every day.
If selected, what do you hope to gain from your internship?
The past two summers, I have worked in research and startup environments. An internship at Patagonia would give me exposure to a more structured and corporate (although maybe not in the traditional sense) work culture. I want to reinforce data analysis and modeling skills that I already have in Python Excel, and R, and improve at turning these data-driven insights into actionable recommendations. Finally, I want to get a better sense of what type I want to pursue after college, and if Patagonia is a place where I could spend more years after a summer internship/
