"The unexamined life is not worth living," was stated by Socrates. Truly, life is not even worth living if without examination. We are unable to grow to our better selves if we do not take time to reflect, to recollect and examine upon our life. On the other hand, if an organization or congregation is without a leader, what would it be? It will be chaos and disaster! We are need a leader for “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way,” by John C. Maxwell. This pastoral leadership course has been encouraged me or in other words provided me with an opportunity to explore, ponder and examine a variety of the aspects of the structure of any organization that I am currently encountering.
