Passive Progressive Relaxation Analysis

The method that I used was the passive progressive relaxation script. To my surprise, I found this technique of relaxation to be very helpful. After a long, stressful day of studying and getting many homework assignments done, I was looking forward to practicing this form of relaxation because I was physically and mentally exhausted. After about ten minutes, I definitely felt that it made a difference. The main thing I experienced was the ease of tension all over my body and the decrease in speed of my heartbeat. Not only was my body relaxed, but so was my mind because it stopped all the busy thoughts that I had running around.
