Pasadena Adult Day Health Care Center is a for profit organization that was founded on October 9, 2014. The location of our facility is within a banquet hall of a Western Dioceses Church of Northern America, known as St. Gregory Church. On the same property of our facility is a grade school, known as St. Gregory School. Our ADHC will have a religious emphasis and will have multigenerational communication with the grade school. The address of our Adult Day Health Care Center is 2215 East Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107.
ADHC is classified as a form of non-institutionalized care that is of high value and low cost. ADHC’s allow the older adult population to stay independent, be a part of their community, live at home, and age in place. ADHC’s are a Home and Community Based Adult Service that provides care to the chronically ill and/or disabled older adults that are at risk of becoming institutionalized (Peach, 2014). The ultimate goal of ADHC’s is to keep individuals out of hospitals and nursing homes, allowing them to live their life happily, autonomously and in their households with their loved ones.

Pasadena ADHC will provide their services during the weekdays from the morning until the afternoon. The participants will attend the facility from the hours of 8:00am until 1:30pm. The staff members of the facility will work from the hours of 7:30am until 3:00pm (with an exception to our sub contractors). Our facility has a capacity of 130 participants. We have 14 employees,…
