Pa's PAS Service Case Study

SC received call from provider regarding the Pa’s care plan. The SC spoke with Lisa administrator personnel at the Dynamic Home Care. Lisa had several question about Pa’s. The SC reviewed 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 care specifically Pa’s PAS service. After the review the Care plans the recognized discrepancies in the Oracle and SAMS care plan. The SC reconciled the discrepancies and regenerated each care and fax to provider. While the SC was reviewing the care plan technical issues with the network that cause the SC to restart the reviewing process over again and thus extend the time. 2:14-2:48p.m.
